Construction Project Manager

Based in Chattanooga, Tennessee, Green Tech Homes builds thoughtfully designed, energy-efficient homes throughout one of the Southeast’s most exciting and fast-growing markets. From urban communities to suburban neighborhoods, our team is focused on delivering homes our customers are proud to own—and that starts with strong leadership in the field.

• Scheduling – Create, manage, and drive construction schedules from start to completion
• Quality Control – Walk homes daily, review plans, identify issues, and ensure our standards are met
• Jobsite & Community Management – Maintain clean, organized, professional jobsites and communities
• Trade Management – Hold trade partners accountable to scopes of work, schedules, and quality expectations
• Budget & Materials – Manage construction budgets, review POs, and proactively address material needs
• Customer Experience – Maintain professional, courteous relationships with homeowners throughout the building process
• Team Leadership – Participate in project management meetings and work closely with our construction and operations teams

• 2+ years of management experience
• 2+ years of new construction project management experience
• Production homebuilding experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to manage schedules, trades, budgets, and multiple homes simultaneously
• Based in or willing to relocate to Chattanooga, TN
