ce developing, updating, and analyzing project schedules using Primavera P6, and be capable of working collaboratively with engineers, field personnel, and project stakeholders to ensure alignment and schedule integrity.

  • Identify schedule risks, float erosion, and delays, and propose mitigation strategies
  • Support development of what-if scenar
    ios and recovery pl
    ans when deviations occur
  • Generate and distribute schedule repor
    ts, look-ahead sched
    ules, and key milestone tracking for stakeholder communication
  • Ensure alignment with project execution strategy, permitting requirements, and utility operational constraints
  • Assist in developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules to align with construction progress
  • Support procurement efforts and track material deliveries to maintain project timelines
  • Participate in project meetings, providing input and documentation.
  • Generate weekly progress reports and distribute to stakeholders
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience developing project sched
    ules for mission-critical construction projects (data centers, industrial facilities, or similar complex environments)
  • Strong knowledge of construction sched
    ul
    ing, drawings review,
    and subcontractor coordination
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, project phasing, and utility permitting/energization milestones
  • Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings, one-lines, and civil plans
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams in engineering, procurement, and construction
  • Solid understand ing of critical path method
    ol
    ogy, earned value,
    and schedule risk principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and experience with reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is a plus
  • Strong communication, time management, and analytical skills
