ce developing, updating, and analyzing project schedules using Primavera P6, and be capable of working collaboratively with engineers, field personnel, and project stakeholders to ensure alignment and schedule integrity.

ans when deviations occur - Generate and distribute schedule repor

ules, and key milestone tracking for stakeholder communication - Ensure alignment with project execution strategy, permitting requirements, and utility operational constraints
- Assist in developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules to align with construction progress
- Support procurement efforts and track material deliveries to maintain project timelines
- Participate in project meetings, providing input and documentation.
- Generate weekly progress reports and distribute to stakeholders
- 5+ years of experience developing project sched
ules for mission-critical construction projects (data centers, industrial facilities, or similar complex environments) - Strong knowledge of construction sched
ul
ing, drawings review,
and subcontractor coordination - Strong understanding of construction sequencing, project phasing, and utility permitting/energization milestones
- Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings, one-lines, and civil plans
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams in engineering, procurement, and construction
- Solid understand ing of critical path method
ol
ogy, earned value,
and schedule risk principles - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and experience with reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is a plus
- Strong communication, time management, and analytical skills
