Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team in Hixson, TN. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and welcoming check-in and check-out experience.

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Check guests in and out efficiently while verifying reservation details.
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Manage room assignments and maintain accurate records of guest information.
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as needed.
• Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready and issues are resolved quickly.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Follow all hotel policies and procedures to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with computer systems and reservation software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
