This position is a Field Operations Associate responsible for ensuring client pre-employment requirements, onboarding packet management, background and drug testing processes, and compliance with E‑Verify. The role also provides front office customer service, manages office supplies, and maintains office paperwork.
Responsibilities- Ensure client pre‑employment requirements, forms, policies, and documents regarding onboarding are kept current and validated with Compliance departments.
- Manage client requirements for the onboarding packet (e.g., authorization forms, drug tests, background checks) and update the Candidate Tracker until the candidate is cleared to start.
- Enter and manage background, drug testing, and medical screening processes for contractors.
- Manage contractor compliance with key E‑Verify requirements.
- Provide outstanding front office customer service (telephone and reception area).
- Order, maintain, and organize all office supplies, manage mailing and shipments, and file and maintain office paperwork and office directory.
- Provide world‑class customer service in every interaction to ensure a quality candidate experience.
Aerotek offers an hourly rate of $20.19 and a performance‑based annual bonus potential of $4,000.

Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- Customer or sales focused experience
- Experience in a team‑oriented environment
