About Chattanooga LookoutsThe Chattanooga Lookouts, founded in 1885, are the AA Affiliate of the Cincinnati Reds.
DescriptionJoin the Lookouts for a summer of fun as an Usher for the 2026 baseball season! We are looking for ushers to join our team to provide excellent guest experience for fans attending games at the ballpark. Ushers are responsible for assisting patrons with ordinary questions, seat locations, and other inquiries. You will be the first person that our patrons interact with when they come to Erlanger Park, so we are looking for enthusiastic and helpful individuals who are eager to engage with our patrons.
Responsibilities- Wipe seats down in assigned section, or post up in a private hospitality area ready to welcome guests
- Assist with questions, verify ticketing information, and escort fans to seats
- Provide excellent customer service and a welcoming attitude
- Develop an understanding of Erlanger Park’s layout, promotions, and general ballpark knowledge
- Help with post-game activities for example, catch on the field and kids run the bases
