Essential Job Duties
- Maintaining the daily schedule for both service techs and installation teams
- Answering incoming calls and booking jobs for the service department
- Communicating with customers daily for follow‑ups, tech arrival updates, scheduling, and more
- Operating in a fast‑paced environment with strong teamwork
- Demonstrating high typing and multitasking skills
- 1-3 years related experience and/or training in customer service, dispatching or project management, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proactive & accountable, self‑motivated, fast learner and highly organized multi‑tasker with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, especially under pressure
- Familiarity with Service Titan and HVAC dispatching is ideal (will train for the right person)
- Team player who is a self‑starter and able to learn independently
- Confident in utilizing and learning new software programs
- Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must enjoy helping and working with others
Dispatching: 1-3+ years (Preferred)
Compensation details17-20 Hourly Wage
