One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning - - Responsibilities:
Answers incoming client telephone calls and dispatches all scheduled service and maintenance calls;
Maintains courteous and professional communication with clients;
Notifies clients ahead of time if the technician will not arrive within the scheduled time window;
Makes outbound calls to club membership clients to ensure satisfaction with repairs;
Uses approved greeting and script during calls
