Client Service Representative

Canon U.S.A. is seeking a Client Service Representative for its Fleet Management team. In this role, you will be a primary contact for customers using Canon's managed print and imaging solutions. You'll handle service requests, supply orders, and asset updates while maintaining accurate records in Canon systems. You will monitor fleet performance, prepare and interpret usage reports, and coordinate with service, logistics, and sales teams to resolve issues and meet SLAs.
