Ticket scanners are responsible for providing an excellent guest experience for fans entering the ballpark.
About Chattanooga LookoutsThe Chattanooga Lookouts, founded in 1885, are the AA Affiliate of the Cincinnati Reds.
DescriptionScanners are responsible for assisting patrons with scanning digital tickets, accessing digital tickets, and answering general Erlanger Park questions. Ticket scanners are the first face that fans see when entering the ballpark, so we expect smiling, helpful individuals who are eager to welcome the best fans in minor league baseball to Lookouts games!
During games ticket scanners will:
- Scan digital tickets for entry
- Assist fans with ticket access
- Develop an understanding of Erlanger Park layout, promotions, and general ballpark knowledge
- Provide excellent customer service to fans in all situations
