2nd Shift Concierge

Resort Lifestyle Communities is seeking a friendly, reliable 2nd Shift Concierge to be the welcoming face of our independent senior living community. In this evening role, you will warmly greet residents and guests, answer phones, manage front desk inquiries, and help coordinate resident requests and services. You will monitor entry points, follow basic security and safety procedures, and support emergency response protocols as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents, families, and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor during second shift hours
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and direct calls and visitors appropriately
• Monitor entry points and follow security procedures to help maintain a safe community environment
• Coordinate resident requests for services, transportation, and information
• Assist with check-in/check-out procedures for guests and vendors
• Handle basic administrative tasks such as logging incidents, updating resident information, and managing messages
• Support emergency response protocols by communicating promptly with leadership and emergency services when needed
• Collaborate with dining, maintenance, and resident services teams to ensure seamless resident experiences
• Maintain a tidy, welcoming front desk and lobby area
