We’re currently seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to join our Castle Dental team in a dynamic hybrid role. This position will primarily support our Chattanooga location Monday‑Thursday in a front office capacity, and on Fridays will support our neighboring offices as an Orthodontic Assistant
. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in both patient‑facing and clinical environments, and wants to expand their orthodontic experience.

Mon, Wed, Thur, Fri 8am‑5pm & Tue 9‑6pm

• Create positive patient experiences using our G3 approach (Greeting, Guiding, Gratitude)
• Verify insurance and assist with financial arrangements
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
• Support check‑in/check‑out processes
• Provide exceptional customer service and communication

• Assist the orthodontist during exams and procedures
• Take dental X‑rays as needed
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post‑treatment care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

• Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – required
• Dental Radiology (X‑Ray) Certification
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• At least 1 year of dental assisting experience
• Orthodontic assisting experience preferred
• Knowledge of dental terminology and infection control standards
• Strong communication skills and a patient‑first mindset
• Ability to travel between supported locations on Fridays

$18‑$20/hour
