We are currently seeking two General Dentists to join a modern, fully digitalized dental practice group serving the Chattanooga, TN market. These are excellent opportunities for providers seeking strong earning potential, clinical autonomy, and a supportive team environment.

We currently have two openings available:

Position - Medicaid Provider Preferred/Required

• Experience with Medicaid patient populations required

• High-volume patient flow

• Excellent opportunity for a provider comfortable treating a broad range of patients and procedures

Position - Primarily PPO/Cash Patient Base

• Medicaid participation not required

• Adult-focused patient base with strong restorative opportunities

• Ideal for a provider seeking a traditional PPO/private-pay setting

Practice Overview

• Full-scope General Dentistry under one roof

• Modern, fully digital practice environment

• Strong clinical and administrative support teams

• Established patient base with immediate production opportunity

Clinical Scope

• Bread and Butter General Dentistry

• Restorative, Crown & Bridge

• Extractions

• Anterior Endodontics preferred

• Implant placement/restoration opportunities available depending on experience

• Ability to perform comprehensive treatment planning

Technology & Support

• Fully digital operatories

• Experienced assistants and hygiene support

• Dedicated front office and management team

• Multiple operatories with room for growth

Compensation & Benefits

• Strong daily guarantee plus percentage of production

• Expected earnings: $250,000-$350,000+ annually depending on production

• CE allowance provided
