Associate Dentist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Dentist located in Chattanooga, TN. The Associate Dentist will be responsible for providing routine and comprehensive dental care to patients according to their oral health needs and cosmetic concerns, including diagnosing and treating oral diseases, simple and surgical extractions, endodontics, and removable dentures. The role also involves patient education, maintaining patient records, and collaborating with other dental professionals to ensure the highest quality of care.

Dental implant experience would be a huge plus.

• Provide routine and comprehensive dental care based on patient needs and cosmetic concerns
• Diagnose and treat oral diseases
• Perform simple and surgical extractions, endodontics, and removable dentures
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
• Collaborate with other dental professionals to ensure high-quality care
• On-site, full-time clinical duties at our Chattanooga practice
• Dental implant experience would be a bonus

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Proven experience working in a dental practice
• Proficiency in diagnosing and treating oral diseases
• Skills in routine cleanings, fillings, extractions, and cosmetic procedures
• Strong patient education and communication skills
• Experience in maintaining patient records and collaborating with other dental professionals
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid Tennessee state dental license and malpractice insurance
• Humility and a hungry, coachable attitude
• Interest and ability to provide clean and detailed restorative dentistry
