Project Architect | 5-10 Years Experience

HK Architects is seeking an experienced Project Architect who is ready to take ownership, lead projects, mentor others, and help shape the future of our firm.

We work across a diverse range of project types including civic, commercial, education, multifamily, hospitality, healthcare, and custom residential. What You'll Do

As a Project Architect, you'll play a key role in leading projects from concept through construction while collaborating closely with clients, consultants, and our internal team.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead projects and work on project teams through all phases of design and construction.
• Coordinate consultants and technical documentation.
• Mentor and support younger staff members.
• Collaborate directly with clients and help build long-term relationships.
• Produce thoughtful, coordinated construction documents in Revit.
• Solve complex technical and design challenges.
• Help strengthen HK's technical standards, culture, and project delivery.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of architectural experience
• Experience leading projects through multiple phases
• Excellent communication and consultant coordination skills
• Strong technical understanding of building systems and construction documentation
• Licensed Architect preferred (or actively pursuing licensure)
• Desire to mentor others and continue growing professionally
