Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive evaluations, participating in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings, developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and designing Behavior Plans tailored to student needs. The role may involve minor travel between schools within the district, providing flexibility and variety throughout the workweek.
Key Qualifications And Experience Desired- Valid School Psychologist credential or certification
- Proven experience working with an elementary caseload (K-5)
- Strong skills in conducting psycho educational evaluations and interpreting results
- Proficiency in developing IEPs and Behavior Plans in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with educators, families, and administrators
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently and with attention to detail
