Compensation: $75 per hour of class or assignment.

The Nexplore Instructor is responsible for consistently delivering high-quality, in‑person instruction in STEM, Digital Tech, Art, Life Skills, and/or Fitness to students grades PreK‑12. The instructor will prepare and teach lesson plans provided, and report to a Program Success Manager.

• Adhere to the schedule, arrive on time, review lesson plans, and maintain site compliance.
• Deliver meaningful, standard‑aligned instruction that cultivates critical thinking, problem solving, and joy in learning.
• Communicate professionally with the Program Success Manager and site personnel.
• Deliver inspiring instruction from Nexplore’s programs, administering accommodations and extensions as relevant.
• Engage in family outreach and support each child’s participation in Nexplore programs.

• Part‑time position.
• AA degree or higher.
• 2+ years of teaching or instructing experience (preferred).
• Experience working with children.
• Experience in educational development or training.
• Teaching degree or certificate is a plus.
• Commitment to the full proposed schedule.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willing to complete mandatory training.
