Conducting observations and assessments:
Administering psychological and academic assessments to identify students' strengths and challenges. Collaborating with school team:
Meeting with teachers, parents, and administrators to review and interpret student data, develop intervention strategies, and provide guidance on classroom management. Consult with school staff about functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plans Conduct suicide and/or threat assessments when needed Documentation and planning:
Writing assessment reports, intervention plans, and progress updates, while continually adapting strategies to meet the evolving needs of students. Participate and provide continued professional development at the school and district level Join a team that is run by therapists for therapists!
