Job Description
A Long-Term Substitute Teacher will take ownership of a classroom, delivering high-quality instruction and providing consistent academic and emotional support to meet students’ unique educational needs.
Responsibilities- Manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe, respectful learning environment.
- Create and deliver lesson plans.
- Create and sustain a positive and productive classroom atmosphere.
- Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents as needed.
- Follow school district policies and procedures.
- At least 21 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree with a 2.0 GPA or higher.
- Teaching or substitute teaching experience (highly desirable).
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to adapt easily to different educational settings and grade levels.
- Passion for education and a commitment to making a positive impact on students’ lives.
- Weekly pay by direct deposit.
- $150 per day.
