Itlearn
360 is seeking a Summer YCAP Assistant in Chattanooga, TN, to mentor and tutor at-risk youth aged 10–14 as part of the YMCA's Youth Community Action Project (Y-CAP). You will be responsible for implementing lesson plans, guiding schoolwork, and building positive relationships with the children and their families.
Ideal candidates are 18+ with a high school degree; some college work is preferred. Shifts are Monday–Thursday from 7am to 4pm, and involve attending family nights and maintaining program records.
