Education, The classroom support staff member will provide assistance to the teacher in the classroom and follow the lead of that teacher. They will assist grade-levels and teachers with what is needed on a day-to-day basis, including preparing materials, organizing activities, and supporting classroom management. They also support the middle school staff in other areas and in helping students in a small group setting with tutoring and other duties that will support students.
