Campaign Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Campaign Analyst for a direct hire opportunity in Chattanooga, TN within the healthcare services industry. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented data professional who enjoys using SQL, campaign tools, and large datasets to support member communication campaigns from setup through execution.

The Campaign Analyst will play a key role in building and validating campaign audiences, supporting QA and testing, tracking campaign activity, and helping ensure communications are accurate, timely, and compliant with campaign requirements. This opportunity offers meaningful work in a collaborative healthcare environment where strong analytical skills, accuracy, and ownership are highly valued.

• Build, validate, and maintain campaign audiences using SQL and campaign management tools.
• Support campaign execution across multiple communication channels and member communication programs.
• Perform data validation, quality assurance, and campaign testing to ensure accuracy before launch.
• Track campaign activity, maintain documentation, and assist with campaign reporting.
• Manage multiple campaign assignments while meeting critical deadlines and production schedules.
• Partner with internal teams to troubleshoot data issues and support successful campaign delivery.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and critical deadlines.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience supporting campaigns, member communications, marketing operations, or customer communication initiatives.

• Experience with campaign platforms such as Unica, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Adobe Campaign.
• Experience supporting marketing, healthcare, or customer communication campaigns.
• Knowledge of audience segmentation, campaign QA, and campaign testing processes.
• Healthcare services industry experience.
