Ambassador strengthens West Star customer experience

Overview

Christi Tannahill has been appointed as an ambassador for West Star Aviation, bringing more than 30 years of experience in the aviation industry. She will work closely with the company’s leadership and client‑facing teams to enhance customer experience, expand strategic partnerships, and strengthen West Star’s position within the industry.

• Collaborate with leadership and client teams to support customer experience initiatives.
• Expand strategic partnerships and strengthen the company’s presence in the aviation market.
• Support backlog management priorities, contribute to strategy across key customer segments, and assist in programs aimed at improving service quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

• More than 30 years of experience in the aviation industry, including 17 years on the senior leadership team at Textron Aviation.
• Background in product development, customer experience, and interior/exterior engineering.
• Track record of leading initiatives that supported annual deliveries of over 220 aircraft and directed product development resulting in 11 new product offerings within six years.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with customers and fleet operators.
