Nuclear Pest Control is Chattanooga's locally owned pest management company, proudly powered by Omni Home Services. We are looking for a Sales & Operations Manager who can balance sales, field service, leadership, and daily operations while keeping the team aligned, efficient, and customer-focused.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who takes pride in their craft, believes in accountability, and thrives in a fast‑paced, purpose‑driven environment. You'll have the support of Omni’s growing home‑services network and the opportunity to build a strong, profitable, customer‑focused pest control operation.

What You'll Do Sales & Growth
  • Grow the business by building relationships with homeowners, property managers, real estate professionals, and commercial clients.
  • Develop referral partnerships and networking opportunities throughout the Chattanooga market.
  • Conduct inspections, identify pest concerns, and provide customized treatment recommendations.
  • Drive revenue through solution‑based sales and exceptional customer service.
  • Support marketing initiatives and community outreach efforts that increase brand awareness and lead generation.
Operations & Scheduling
  • Coordinate service schedules and technician routes to maximize efficiency and profitability.
  • Manage inventory, equipment, chemicals, and supplies.
  • Ensure jobs are completed on time and according to company standards.
  • Maintain accurate records, reporting, and operational metrics.
  • Support process improvements that enhance customer experience and team productivity.
Field Service & Execution
  • Perform inspections and assist with pest control treatments when needed.
  • Educate customers on pest prevention, treatment plans, and long‑term protection strategies.
  • Ensure all services are performed safely and in compliance with industry regulations.
  • Deliver a consistent 5-star customer experience from the first phone call through service completion.
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and work toward positive resolutions.
Leadership & Accountability
  • Lead by example through professionalism, positivity, and accountability.
  • Coach, train, and support team members to improve performance and service quality.
  • Monitor KPIs, sales performance, customer retention, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Omni leadership to develop growth strategies and improve systems.
  • Create a culture focused on protection, service excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Who You Are
  • Experienced in sales, operations, and/or home services such as Pest Control, Home Inspections, HVAC, Roofing, Landscaping, Restoration, or similar industries.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to build trust and close opportunities.
  • A balanced leader who enjoys working with customers, solving problems, and getting things done.
  • Organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Results‑driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Motivated to grow within Omni's expanding family of companies.
  • Passionate about protecting homes, families, and businesses.
  • Adaptable and willing to step in wherever needed to support the team and the customer.

Fast Facts

Schedule: Monday-Friday, Full-Time (occasional networking and community events)

Compensation: $50,000+ annually (base salary + commission + bonuses)

Location: Field-based throughout Chattanooga and surrounding areas

Service Area: Greater Chattanooga Region
