Program Manager

We are seeking contractors to join our clients Transmission Asset Performance Center (APC) team, part of the Asset Management organization. This role focuses on developing overall asset strategy and criteria for system evaluation, ranking, and prioritization of asset stratification. You will work with advanced technologies and analytics to monitor equipment health and improve maintenance planning.

The APC helps reduce risks from aging equipment through improved planning, better maintenance, and early problem detection. By integrating data from inspections, tests, and sensors into advanced analytics models, the team enables the client to make informed decisions about repairs and replacements, preventing small issues from becoming major problems.

• Develop overall team asset strategy and criteria for system evaluation and prioritization.
• Work with instrumentation, communication protocols, and data stores to support equipment condition monitoring.
• Utilize data analytics and reporting systems to improve asset performance.
• Integrate technology solutions for condition-based and predictive maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement advanced monitoring and diagnostic tools.
• Support development of reporting dashboards and analytics models for asset health.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: Strong background in asset management, condition monitoring, and data analytics.
• Skills: Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with instrumentation, communication protocols, and predictive maintenance technologies.
• Preferred Tools: Power
  
  BI, Python, SQL; familiarity with AI/ML concepts.
