Assistant Project Manager – General

• Strong organizational and document control skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple project activities and communications
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Basic understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
• Familiarity with contractor compliance, safety, and environmental standards
• Proficiency with project management tools and databases
• Awareness of contract administration, change management, and RFIs

• Experience working on design‑only or EPC projects
• Knowledge of proposal development and scope of work creation
• Skills in risk management and project reporting
• Experience with safety and quality assurance programs

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Prior experience in construction, engineering, or project coordination is a plus
• Entry‑level candidates encouraged; fresh or new candidates sought

• Willingness to travel 20% to 35%
• Ability to work onsite in Chattanooga or Nashville without remote or hybrid options
• Must include location preference on top of your resume
• Adherence to safety policies and standards

Estimated Min Rate: $38.12
Estimated Max Rate: $54.45
