A growing civil engineering and surveying firm is seeking an experienced Project Surveyor to lead boundary, topographic, subdivision, and ALTA/NSPS survey projects throughout Tennessee.
Responsibilities- Manage survey projects, budgets, schedules, and profitability
- Lead client communication and attend project meetings
- Prepare proposals, legal descriptions, maps, and survey documents
- Oversee drafting and technical staff
- Coordinate contract administration and project billing
- Ensure timely, accurate project completion
- Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying, Engineering, or related field
- 6+ years of surveying experience
- Strong background in boundary and topographic surveys
