• Lead and develop the plant’s reliability program to support safe, efficient, and compliant operations
• Partner with Maintenance, Production, and Engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and maintainability
• Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and implement long‑term corrective actions
• Design, implement, and continuously improve:
• Preventive maintenance (PM) programs
• Predictive maintenance (PdM) strategies
• Condition monitoring and non‑destructive testing methods
• Analyze recurring equipment failures and implement solutions that improve:
• Operating costs
• Safety and regulatory compliance
• Provide technical support during both routine and critical equipment issues
• Develop and deliver training programs to strengthen maintenance team capabilities
• Support reliability improvements across:
• Utilities and facilities
• Controls and safety systems

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
• 2–5+ years of experience in:
• Reliability Engineering
• Maintenance Engineering
• Manufacturing equipment support
• Strong experience with:
• Root cause analysis (RCA)
• Preventive and predictive maintenance
• Hands‑on mindset—you’re comfortable working on the plant floor
• Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and communication skills

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, Technician, or Manager
• Experience in plastics or continuous manufacturing environments
• $85,000 – $95,000 base salary (commensurate with experience)
