Job Description ##

** Your mission, roles and responsibilities
** As the Production Control & Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for managing the production control and logistics activities of the plant, in alignment with the Division/Business Group PC&L strategy. You will lead a team of professionals in charge of customer management and deliveries, production planning, internal and external flow management, and continuous improvement. You will also ensure adherence to PC&L standard processes and department budget.##

** Your profile and competencies to succeed
**** Minimum education level:
*** Bachelor's degree required
** Professional

Experience:

*** At least 5 years of experience in production control and logistics, preferably in the automotive industry
* Experience in operations, including Safety and Quality basics
** Skills and competencies:
*** English language proficiency required
* Customer orientation / Leadership / Team spirit / Autonomy / Rigor / Openness to new ideas
* Knowledge of ERP processes and tools; ability to detect, understand, and resolve issues
* Knowledge of APICS and Forvia system principles
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build relationships with stakeholders including sales, customers, purchasing, suppliers, program teams, engineering, and plant staff
* Adherence to Forvia code of management and values and promotion of the Being Forvia spirit
* Knowledge of employee empowerment principles and ability to drive standard work and continuous improvement##
