Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a leading manufacturing client to find a full-time Manufacturing Engineer in the Chattanooga, TN area.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, optimize, and support production processes, tooling, and equipment
Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, time studies, and line balancing
Improve throughput, labor efficiency, scrap reduction, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)
Create and maintain standard work, work instructions, and process documentation
Support new product launches
Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality and production issues
Work closely with production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations.
BS in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or related
3+ years of Manufacturing, Process or Industrial Engineering experience in a production environment
Strong process improvement and data analysis skills
Lean/Continuous Improvement experience
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Client is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
