We are looking for an entry level water/wastewater engineer to support a variety of drinking water and wastewater treatment and potable reuse engineering work in the initial planning and design phase of projects. You will work with other team members on infrastructure projects, evaluating and selecting the best treatment approach, and planning and designing treatment systems and plant improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Display strong communication and interpersonal skills in a fast‑paced consulting environment.
- Write, review, and provide clear, concise input to planning or design reports.
- Effectively collaborate with project teams that have diverse technical skill sets and geographic locations.
- Maintain and enhance cooperative partnerships with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Drive health and safety in all aspects of project execution, including field, office, and personal environments.
- Bachelor of Science in civil/environmental engineering or a related engineering field.
- Knowledge of basic engineering principles and prescribed methods is required.
- Positive attitude, excellent oral and written communication, analytical skills, and a willingness to work in a team environment.
- Ability to efficiently utilize time in executing assigned tasks accurately and on time.
- Ability to work with multi‑disciplinary teams on complex projects.
- Engineer in Training (EIT) certification or the ability to take the Fundamentals of Engineering exam within six months of hire.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and PDF editors (Blue Beam preferred).
- Master of Science in Civil/Environmental Engineering or a related engineering field.
- Desire for a mix of office and field work and the ability to successfully engage with the public, contractors, and client staff.

The base salary range for this position is $58,656.00 to $85,000.00. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
