Roadway EIT – Gulf Region Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze data for inclusion in project plans and reports
- Assist and prepare project plans using Open Roads Designer
- Contribute to the preparation and/or modification of engineering reports and calculations for a wide variety of projects
- Prepare and assist in the preparation of project construction quantities and cost estimates
- Prepare and assist in the preparation of project specifications
- Review project quantity estimates, details, and check calculations and drawings for compliance with project requirements
- Prepare and assist in the preparation of project schedules
- Perform other duties as assigned
- BS in Civil Engineering
- EIT (E.I) certification desired but not required
- 2-4 years of experience
- Experience with Open Roads Designer preferred
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Valid driver’s license
- Clear motor vehicle record
