About the Team

ACI Motorsport is a multi-championship-winning operation, reigning 2025 Porsche Carrera Cup North America (PCCNA) Pro-Am Champions and runner-up in SRO GT4 America Pro-Am. We currently campaign fourteen cars across three championships — six in PCCNA, four in Porsche Sprint Challenge, and four in SRO GT4 America (two Porsche, two BMW). With expansion planned for the 2027 season into SRO GT3, IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge, Porsche Carrera Cup, and SRO GT4, we are seeking talented individuals to join our growing operation at the highest levels of North American motor sport.

Duties

Upkeep and Maintenance

Responsible for the regular upkeep, maintenance, and setup of Porsche Carrera Cup, Porsche GT3, Mercedes-AMG GT3, and BMW GT4 race cars to ensure they are race-ready at all times.

Assembly and Service

Perform assembly, service, and operational tasks on the race cars at both the workshop and events. All tasks must meet the highest industry standards of quality and precision.

Pit Stop Execution

Perform under pressure during timed pit stops on both single-nut (centre-lock) and five-stud wheel configurations, working to the team's established pit stop procedures and hitting consistent, repeatable stop times in SRO and IMSA endurance formats.

Adherence to Technical Procedures

Follow strict engineering and technical procedures when rebuilding and preparing the race cars. Work directly from manufacturer technical manuals, service bulletins, and homologation documentation, interpreting and applying them accurately across multiple platforms. Respect deadlines and ensure work is completed within agreed timelines, which is crucial in a time-sensitive motor sport environment.

Team Leadership

Lead a team of mechanics during race and test events, promoting teamwork, clear communication, and efficient problem-solving to ensure optimal performance at the track.

Skills / Experience Required Comprehensive Race Car Knowledge

Extensive knowledge and practical skills across all areas of race car maintenance and repair, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and aerodynamic systems.

Multi-Platform Experience

Hands-on working knowledge of several of the following:
Porsche Carrera Cup car (992.1 / 992.2), Porsche 911 GT3 R, Mercedes-AMG GT3, and BMW M4 GT4. Ability to move between platforms and adapt quickly to differing manufacturer procedures.

Pit Stop Capability

Demonstrable competency on single-nut and five-stud wheel changes, including gun handling, wheel presentation, and jack work.

Manufacturer Documentation

Confident reading and application of manufacturer technical manuals, torque specifications, service intervals, and setup sheets.

High-Level Motorsport Experience

A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within a high-level motor sport environment. Direct experience in the following is strongly preferred:

  • SRO GT3 (GT World Challenge America / Europe)
  • IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge
  • SRO GT4 America

Present at all testing events, where critical data is gathered to fine-tune vehicle performance and setups.
  • Race Event Participation:
Attendance at all race events, including national and potentially international locations, providing hands-on support for assembly, setup, and real-time operation of the race cars.
  • Extensive Travel:
