US Seasonal Tax‑Financial Services Organization – Private Tax‑Senior Manager

As part of our FSO, you will work with high net‑worth individuals and families, delivering complex tax planning and compliance solutions. This role demands strong technical tax knowledge, leadership ability, and a client‑focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities- Review complex individual tax returns and provide income‑tax planning advice for high net‑worth clients.
- Collaborate with international, state, local, and asset‑management tax specialists to deliver integrated solutions.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of tax professionals, ensuring high‑quality work and continuous improvement.
- Expert review of complex tax returns.
- Experience with hedge‑fund and private‑equity K‑1s.
- Strong research and tax‑planning skills, translating complex data into client‑ready insights.
- Ability to build long‑term client relationships and adapt services to client needs.
- Continuous improvement mindset to enhance services and processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- CPA license or licensed Attorney required.
- Minimum 8 years of professional‑services or tax experience.
- Deep knowledge of estate and wealth planning.
- Proficiency in federal, state, and trust income tax.
- Excellent collaboration and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with automated tax‑processing systems.
- Proven record in high‑net‑worth tax planning.
- Background in a professional‑services environment.
- Experience coaching and mentoring junior staff.
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Adaptable work style for internal and client teams.
