Regional Financial Controller

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• 5-10+ years of experience within full cycle accounting with 2 years in a leadership or management position
• Significant hands‑on experience with month/year‑end close and financial reporting

• Inventory Management Experience
• Experience conducting employee reviews, and/or played a role in hiring or firing
• Experience working with operations to support inventory management, financial reporting, cost control, Etc.

Insight Global's client is looking for a Regional Controller to lead their accounting team in Nashville, TN. As Regional Controller you will oversee accounts payable and receivable, reconcile bank and credit card accounts, manage internal controls, and conduct monthly trial balances and variance analyses. A key part of your role is preparing and presenting detailed financial reports to senior leadership (Corporate Controller, CFO, Etc.),

while supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. The ultimate responsibility of this role is to provide strategic financial support and planning to regional operations, ensuring financial issues are identified and addressed in a timely manner. You will also maintain financial systems for timely reporting, support M&A integration efforts, and ad hoc reporting. In addition, you'll collaborate closely with the Regional Operations Vice President to align financial strategy with operational goals and drive business performance.
