Reboot Monkey is a global data‑center services provider. We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accountant to own tax compliance and financial reporting across our international operations. This is a 100% remote role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, cross‑border environment.

You will ensure our global finances are accurate, compliant, and scalable. You aren’t just “doing the books”—you are managing the financial health of a multi‑regional operation.

• Global Reporting:
  Manage day‑to‑day accounting and month‑end closing across multiple regions.
• Tax Ownership:
  Handle tax preparation and filings for international jurisdictions; monitor local tax law changes.
• Accuracy:
  Maintain rigorous internal controls and support external audits.
• Optimization:
  Improve accounting workflows and implement best practices for scalability.
• Advisory:
  Provide financial insights to leadership for international expansion.

• Experience:
  
  3+ years in accounting, specifically with international tax and compliance.
• Tech Savvy:
  Proficient with Quick Books, Xero, or Net Suite.
• Communication:
  Strong professional English (written/verbal).
• Mindset:
  Highly analytical, organized, and capable of working independently across different time zones.
