DescriptionESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Credit Management
- Develop and implement credit policies and procedures to assess customer creditworthiness.
- Review and approve credit applications, set credit limits, and monitor ongoing risk.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to balance risk and revenue
- Lead the collections team to ensure timely recovery of outstanding receivables.
- Design and execute collection strategies for delinquent accounts.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers when necessary.
- Prepare regular reports on aging accounts, DSO (Days Sales Outstanding), and collection performance.
- Analyze trends in payment behavior and recommend process improvements.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
- Supervise, train, and mentor credit and collections staff.
- Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations.
- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Maintain and optimize ERP and credit management systems.

- 5+ years of experience in credit and collections, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in manufacturing and/or construction operations
- Strong understanding of financial statements, credit score models, and collection laws.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
