Cross Country Mortgage in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Loan Officer Assistant to support mortgage loan officers and ensure a positive customer experience. You will assist in reviewing mortgage loan applications, facilitate timely loan closings, and manage documentation needed for various loan products.
Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, at least 1 year of mortgage-related experience, and excellent communication skills. Proficient Microsoft Office skills and experience with Salesforce are preferred.
