Heights Wellness Retreat is seeking an exceptional Lead Skin Therapist to help guide, develop, and inspire our skincare team while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Experience with or willingness to train in:

• Dermaplaning
• Microdermabrasion
• Nanoneedling
• Chemical Peels
• LED Light Therapy
• High Frequency Treatments
• Aromatherapy Enhancements

• Active Tennessee Esthetics License
• Professional Liability Insurance
• Ability to pass a background check
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on esthetics experience preferred
• Proven ability to build and retain clientele
• Strong communication and leadership skills
