This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Therapist, located in Chattanooga, TN. The Therapist will provide high‑quality care by conducting assessments, creating individualized treatment plans, and offering therapeutic interventions to clients. Responsibilities include leading individual and group sessions, documenting client progress, and establishing strong therapeutic relationships. The Therapist will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for clients.

• Clinical skills in individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy
• Experience in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Strong documentation and record‑keeping abilities
• Knowledge of mental health disorders, therapeutic approaches, and evidence‑based practices
• Excellent communication, empathy, and active listening skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or similar in Tennessee
• Experience working in behavioral health or mental health care is preferred
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus
