NACS Collector Part-Time

Position Overview

We’re looking for a Collection Representative to join our growing team. This associate will receive, and review information received from various sources. • Monitors the status of delinquent accounts.
• Initiates collection actions by notifying account holders and cosigners of delinquent status.
• Records payments made to the customer’s account.
• Investigates disputed balances; where appropriate, corrects errors such as misapplied payments, reversed late charges, direct deposit errors, or over payments from insurance.
• Ensures the security of customer files and delinquent account reports.
• Performs other related duties as required.

• Morning availability 8am-1pm or 9am-2pm
• Afternoon availability 12pm-5pm or 1-6pm
• High school diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of one year experience and/or training; or equivalent combination or education and experience required.
• Knowledge of office software and medical billing software.

• Able to work at a computer for extended periods.
• Occasionally lift up to 15 lbs.
