This assignment provides a weekly blended rate of $1,900, based on three 12‑hour day shifts. Ideal for an experienced L&D RN passionate about family‑centered care and supporting patients through one of the most important moments of their lives.

Key Responsibilities of the L&D RN

Deliver high‑quality nursing care throughout labor, birth, and postpartum
Monitor fetal and maternal well‑being continuously
Assist with vaginal deliveries, C‑sections, and emergency interventions
Administer medications and support epidural/analgesia processes
Provide patient and family education
Document care with accuracy and professionalism
Collaborate closely with obstetric teams to ensure maternal‑fetal safety

Requirements of the L&D RN

Active Tennessee RN license or compact eligibility
Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP
Minimum 2 years’ recent L&D experience
