Care Professional Position
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Care Professionals who are highly educated and experienced in dementia care and cognitive decline. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the various stages of dementia and be skilled in recognizing and responding to the unique behavioral and emotional challenges individuals may experience, including agitation, confusion, sun downing, and mood changes.
Care Professionals must demonstrate exceptional communication skills, patience, empathy, and compassion while providing person-centered care. Experience with non-pharmacological interventions and the ability to develop and implement individualized care plans are essential to enhancing quality of life and maintaining dignity for those in our care.
In addition to dementia care, candidates should be well-versed in supporting individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities. Responsibilities include personal care, companionship, and providing professional, respectful assistance tailored to each individual's needs.

Qualifications & Desired Skills:
- Strong knowledge of dementia and cognitive decline
- Experience managing behavioral challenges using non-pharmacological approaches
- Ability to create and follow personalized care plans
- Experience providing care for individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism, patience, and compassion
- Commitment to ongoing education and continued learning in dementia and specialized care
- Willingness to work rotating weekends
- Willing to work in Chattanooga and surrounding areas including Signal Mountain and Lookout Mountain
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation with car insurance
- Background check
- Verified to work in United States
