We are seeking an analytical and strategic Revenue Manager to oversee revenue management efforts across a portfolio of three hotel properties located in Tennessee REGION . This role is based at the corporate office and is responsible for driving overall revenue performance by implementing best-in-class revenue strategies, identifying opportunities for growth, optimizing distribution channels, and enhancing operational and service standards to maximize profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of revenue management strategies, systems, and standard operating procedures across all properties.
  • Manage daily yield and pricing strategies to optimize performance and market positioning.
  • Continuously seek and evaluate new revenue-generating opportunities through data analysis and market intelligence.
  • Conduct daily pick-up tracking and trend analysis to proactively adjust revenue strategies.
  • Deliver weekly revenue forecasts, providing insights into variances, trends, and budget alignment.
  • Analyze monthly financial and performance reports and provide strategic recommendations for revenue optimization.
  • Monitor local and regional market trends, competitive positioning, and consumer behavior.
  • Maintain an up-to-date demand calendar to support dynamic pricing and forecasting efforts.
  • Conduct quarterly business performance reviews and develop action plans for improvement.
  • Manage and expand third-party distribution partnerships, including OTAs, consortia, corporate, group, and wholesale segments.
  • Evaluate and adjust distribution strategy to maximize efficiency and reduce acquisition costs.
  • Review channel performance and maintain optimal rate structures and parity.
  • Develop group pricing strategies that balance occupancy and revenue goals.
  • Ensure best practices in length-of-stay (LOS) yield, inventory control, and channel mix optimization.
  • Maintain rate integrity and pricing consistency across all distribution channels.
  • Oversee configuration and performance of all revenue-related systems (e.g., PMS, RMS, CRS, Channel Manager).
  • Ensure booking platforms and online systems are fully functional and aligned with strategy.
  • Maintain accurate data input and segmentation for reliable reporting and decision-making.
  • Provide critical inputs during the annual revenue budgeting process.
  • Ensure all revenue practices comply with applicable regulations and internal policies.
  • Produce timely and accurate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Effectively communicate revenue performance, forecasts, and strategies to stakeholders using clear and professional communication.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of revenue management experience within the hospitality industry
  • Experience with independent hotels is strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in using revenue management tools and platforms (PMS, RMS, CRS, Channel Manager)
  • Familiarity with Syn Xis systems is highly preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen
  • Excellent communication and presentation capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct competitive analysis, dynamic pricing, and demand forecasting
  • Must be US citizen or have US work authorization to be considered for the role..
