We are currently seeking experienced and driven candidates just like you to serve as a Housekeeping Manager
. You will play a key leadership role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction throughout the hotel.
The main objective of the Housekeeping Manager is to oversee all housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet brand cleanliness standards and company expectations while delivering exceptional guest service. This role is responsible for directing, training, and supporting housekeeping associates; conducting inspections to ensure quality and compliance; managing departmental schedules, inventory, payroll, and budgets; and ensuring proper safety, sanitation, and operational procedures are followed.
The Housekeeping Manager also addresses guest concerns, monitors service trends, and maintains effective departmental communication to ensure efficient and consistent hotel operations.
Successful candidates will combine strong leadership, attention to detail, and organizational skills with a service-focused attitude and professionalism. This role requires the ability to motivate and develop associates, manage multiple priorities, and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and team members.
