We are seeking experienced and driven candidates to serve as a Food & Beverage Manager at the MOXY Chattanooga
. You will play a key leadership role in delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences while supporting the hotel’s vibrant social atmosphere and overall guest experience.
The main objective of the Food & Beverage Manager is to oversee and support all bar, catering, and front desk operations as needed, ensuring outstanding guest service, operational efficiency, and compliance with brand standards and company procedures. This role is responsible for directing and developing associates, supporting front desk and bartending operations when needed, ensuring proper staffing and service coverage, and maintaining a clean, safe, and engaging environment.
The Food & Beverage Manager also assists with revenue-driving initiatives, special events, and guest service delivery, while serving as a key leader in creating a seamless and memorable guest experience across both food & beverage and front desk touchpoints.
Successful candidates will combine strong leadership and operational expertise with a service-focused attitude, professionalism, and the ability to motivate and mentor associates. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high service standards and supporting overall hotel operations.
