As a Front Desk Supervisor, you guide a high-performing team while driving service excellence and operational consistency—creating memorable guest experiences and building a strong path for career growth.
Responsibilities:- Oversee front desk operations and ensure excellent guest service.
- Train, support, and schedule team members.
- Manage check-in/out, reservations, room blocks, and guest requests.
- Monitorroomavailability and support revenue and inventory controls.
- Handle guest communications, concerns, and service recovery.
- Process payments, balance cash, and complete daily financial tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby environment.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational procedures.
- High school diploma required;
Hilton hospitality or leadership experience preferred. - Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer skills and ability to manage financial transactions.
- Professional, reliable, and service-focused.
- Must be able toworka flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
