Payroll Administrator

Overview

A client of Insight Global is looking for a Payroll/HR Administration Consultant to join a Public Transit client in Chattanooga, TN. The clients are transitioning payroll providers. The ideal candidate will be someone who has been involved in integrations and not just a day to day payroll admin. Looking for someone who can assess scheduling (150 drivers), look for the problems as they are running payroll in parallel between two systems - audit time cards, etc.

They are in a bit of crisis mode, so problem solver who can jump right in.

• Support the transition between payroll providers.
• Apply experience with integrations, not just day-to-day payroll administration.
• Assess scheduling for 150 drivers and identify issues as payroll runs in parallel between two systems.
• Audit time cards and related payroll data to ensure accuracy.
• Act as a proactive problem solver capable of quickly addressing challenges in a crisis mode.

• Advanced in Net Suite Payroll and UKG Timekeeping.
