- Serve as a point of contact for technical HR system issues, troubleshooting and researching solutions to improve system efficiencies
- Assist with testing and implementing HR system upgrades or patches, resolving system issues, and performing scheduled activities and mass data loads
- Collaborate with business users to capture and document requirements for HR system enhancements
- Maintain awareness of current trends in HRMS with a focus on product development, delivery, and support
- Take end-to-end responsibility for task-based work to ensure successful execution of projects
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required; equivalent experience defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with HRIS system optimization
- At least 2 years of project management experience with demonstrated skills and successes
- Ability to design business processes and align systems to support customer needs
- Strong HRIS maintenance, optimization, and project management experience
- Hands-on Workday experience
- Experience utilizing AI tools to enhance HR processes and solutions
- Proven problem-solving skills with examples of diagnosing issues and delivering solutions
- Consulting mindset with the ability to partner with stakeholders and translate requirements
- Curiosity and a learning mindset to adapt to future changes in HR technology
