Position SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Camera Network Operations Center Technician (CNOC) to support the remote monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of public safety enforcement camera systems. This role is critical to ensuring system reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting field operations through proactive diagnostics and coordination. The CNOC Technician works closely with Field Service, Engineering, Production, and external vendors to identify issues, manage service tickets, and support mission-critical infrastructure.

- Monitor enforcement camera networks using dashboards, diagnostic tools, and alerting platforms.
- Analyze fault codes, system logs, and network health indicators to identify and resolve issues.
- Perform remote diagnostics to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Track system uptime, outages, and resolution timelines.
- Open, manage, and document service tickets for hardware, software, or communication issues.
- Coordinate with Field Service Technicians to schedule and support on-site repairs.
- Communicate effectively with vendors regarding camera alignment, configuration, and hardware performance.
- Escalate recurring or critical issues appropriately.
- Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and system performance.
- Produce reports related to downtime, trends, and service quality metrics.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase system availability and reliability.
- Follow all safety, data protection, and compliance requirements when handling regulated systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certifications preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support, network operations, NOC environments, or related technical roles.
- Experience working with computers, diagnostic platforms, and networked systems.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Network monitoring and troubleshooting
- Remote diagnostics and issue resolution
- Familiarity with IP-based camera systems or hardware
- Ticketing systems and technical documentation
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Clear communication and cross-team collaboration
- Experience working in a Network Operations Center (NOC).
- Basic networking certifications (CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or similar).
- Exposure to traffic enforcement, surveillance, or public safety technology.
- Familiarity with dashboards, monitoring platforms, or alerting systems.
- Analytical and technically curious

This role reports directly to the Director of Field Services and works closely with Field Service, Engineering, Production, and external vendors.
