• Formulate and define system scope and objectives through research and fact‑finding to design, develop, modify, or integrate complex information systems
• Devises or modifies application systems and procedures to optimize functional requirements
• Design, code, test, debug, and document programs, subroutines, and scripts
• Serve in project team roles such as project lead or business systems analyst for various efforts
• Respond to system failures and performance events to reduce downtime and prevent recurrence

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with information technology concepts and application development
• At least 3 years of systems and programming experience
• Expert knowledge of at least one programming language used at the employer
• Proven analysis, design, and coding skills with demonstrated success in leading complex projects

• Experience with Quadient Inspire Flex or other Customer Communication Management platforms
• Background in business change management
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology
• Experience in incident troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Strong leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues
